Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. She is most well-known as the host of CNN's morning show At This Hour. She was also co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been part of CNN s award-winning coverage of the presidential 2012 and 2016 elections. Bolduan has also been an official correspondent for the congressional office at Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan's coverage of congressional events and events during her time as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiation to increase the debt limit for the US and deliberations by the super-committee.
