Nichols, who earned two Emmy Awards during her nine-year period at ESPN and was featured in the most watched programs like NFL Countdown or SportsCenter, moved to ESPN after 2004. The Monday Night Football coverage as the team's reporter was an integral an integral part of her job with the network. The next step was to CNN after which she joined Turner Sports.
