Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through managing performance and organization as well as employee engagement and managing change. She believes that learning is one of the key elements of leading. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve evidence-based results. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and time to assist Learning Ally's cause. When she is not working, she also provides support for a variety of non-profit organizations.
