Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit her gymnastics. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and returned with a sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectation. Her satisfaction was high about her position. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back.
