Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and writer who was awarded numerous awards. Ali MacGraw is well-known for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. The desire to become an artist was influenced from her childhood in a New York family of artists. While working as an assistant to photographers then she turned her attention towards modeling and acting. She was noticed in two of her films and won the Golden Globe Award for Most Popular Newcomer. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned fame to the world, as well an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. The film was recognized as the most successful box office star in the world after only three films. In 1972, her footprints as well as autograph was recorded on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater.
